Their sound is a poppy bridge between fogged-over Brit-pop and sun-kissed disco-fueled California dreaming. This makes sense; the new record is the product of twin brothers Matt and Jesse Kivel living on opposite sides of the Atlantic. With Matt in London and Jesse in LA, they've managed to churn out a batch of rhythmically complex songs that feel oddly appropriate coming from either location.The UK dance phenom TEETH!!! got their hands on "To the Alps" and the results are amazing.
