A couple of weeks ago we brought you “Slumming it in Paradise”, the brainchild of Melbourne’s Big Scary and Sydney based, Stones Throw Records act Jonti (grab that here).We’re pretty stoked to follow up that premium effort with a collaboration from Kiwi favourites The Doqument and Surf City.Basically we locked them in a room in Auckland's Waitakeres ranges and wouldn’t let them come out until they came up with a slamming track. Just kidding, they produced “Dice” with no major emotional trauma. The track combines Surf City’s laid-back, psychedelic vibes with The Doqument’s urban and philosophical lyrics.But why read about it when you can download it yourself and hang a listen.
