PREMIERE: Stream The Blind Shake's New Album 'Fly Right'

It's basically nine tracks of country-twang tinged garage rock perfection.

The Blind Shake are one of those bands that you can see multiple times in one day at SXSW and never get sick of. I know this, because I saw them play at basically every single one of their sets in Austin to a bunch of stoked and sweaty people. The trio, lead by brothers Jim and Mike Blaha and supported by drummer Dave Roper, have been creating reverb-filled jams that can only be described as "garage-stomp surf-punk" for quite some time. Not to mention the fact that they sound like they could be distant cousins of Thee Oh Sees, which is never a bad thing. The band has a brand new album titled Fly Right, via Slovenly Recordings–which are basically nine tracks of country-twang tinged garage rock perfection. It's awesome. Stream Fly Right below, in full.
