Jaymes Young Remade a Sufjan Stevens Song About UFOs and Elk Road Remixed it

So, technically, this is an electro-step song about aliens and bondage.

Sadboys World 'round will be familiar with the opening notes of Sufjan Stevens' absolutely unforgettable 2005 album Come on Feel the Illinoise. When Jaymes Young reworked the opening bars into a soulful R&B tune titled "Habits of My Heart," we figured it was the extent of the cross-genre appropriation.

We were wrong. Elk Road, a producer who jumps around the bass spectrum from glitch hop to trap and back, took the re-work and pumped it full of energy, coming up with a dubstep-influenced electro tune primed for big stages. Don't worry, though, he kept the bondage references from Young's re-work. We're intrigued to know what sadboy #1 Sufjan Stevens thinks of this whole thing.
