After all, their seminal 1998 long-player The Shape Of Punk To Come is fulfilling its mission statement more and more every day. Now, 14 years later, it's topped countless "Best Album Ever!" lists, and earned a place of reverence with pimply hardcore nerds the world over.

On Wednesday, July 18th, Refused and VICE fam OFF! are hitting Brooklyn's Williamsburg Park, and we've got the hook up.
