The New Video for "Savoir-Faire" from Well$ Will Make #GrandmasWearingJordans a Thing

Watching him rhyme while sitting on the couch next to his grandmother is not only a beautiful sight, but also shows how easily he has this rap thing down.

My grandmother likes to wear Keds. Well$ grandmother likes to wear Jordans. Both of our grandmothers seem pretty cool. In his new video for "Savoir-Faire," the Charlotte native runs around his city's art district NoDa and shows off his grandmother's kicks all while showcasing his incredible skills over some The Blvck Hearst Club production.

The video was directed by Shak Oteka, and is just a sneak peek of what Well$ has coming he prepares for the release of MTYSD: Revenge of the African Booty Scratcher in the coming months.

Born in the U.S. to Congolese illegal immigrants, Well$ has always had a strong relationship with his grandmother. "She's always had my back from helping me sneak bitches in the crib to having my back when my pops wanted to kick me out, it just seemed like she didn't forget how it was to be a kid and she guided me through the tough times despite the language barrier."
