"Prettiest Pills" is first single from Dog Bite, the new project of former Washed Out keyboardist Phil Jones. He's abandoned the chillwave kiddy-pool for the jangle guitar deep-end, but distanced vocals and weightless riffs retain his former band's placid, immense scale. The video features a couple witchy, ethereal types doing ethereal, witchy stuff, like gathering yams and burning some loser at the stake. "Prettiest Pills" comes off of Dog Bite's debut LP, Velvet Changes, which is out now on Carpark Records.
