Watch Sivu's Video for "Can't Stop Now"

An argument for wearing colorful suits…

Meet James Page. He makes music under the moniker

Sivu

. He's from Cambridgshire in the UK and finds city life stressful. The 25-year-old piqued our interest a few months back thanks to

"I Hold,"

a slinky as a silk slip collaboration with Marika Hackman. (Suggested further listening: his debut EP

I Lost Myself.

)

Now, with this video, our crush on Sivu has been cemented and sealed. For one thing, he makes a stance against color blocking, that's just so 2013. This year is all about dressing in one shade, a bold swatch of kelly green, preferably. Although Sivu is a solo musician he's down for roping in the locals when needed—the dude from the bodega on guitar (this clearly wasn't filmed in the UK), the muscle mary from the beach on snare. "Can't Stop Now" is jittery sweet like The Maccabees, delivers a clattering thrill akin to Thumpers, but the giddy euphoria is all Sivu. The perfect soundtrack for running down a steep hill in the sun, knowing the breaks are off and not giving a damn.

"Can't Stop Now" is out on 4.8 via Canvasback.
