Three Decades' Worth of Cringeworthy Rap Moments In One Video

Pregnant women, firefighters, Alyssa Milano: All people who shouldn’t be rapping but are.

You know that feeling you get when your Uncle Bob tries to rap? You know, the song that starts with “My name is Bob and I’m here to say…”. Well then you also know how that makes you want to cringe so hard that you brains leak out of your ears and your fingernails clench your palms so hard that they fall off. This video is four straight minutes of that feeling.

The fine folks at Found Footage Festival did the Lord’s work of sifting through countless hours of bad rapping videos to bring you this montage. In it, Alyssa Milano teaches you how to tone your calves, some firefighters give you tips on fire safety, and a Wendy’s manager shows you the proper way to flip burgers. All to the beat of everyone’s favorite co-opted subculture: rap!

Oh and also, there’s a rapping Jewish mother.
