They've admitted that Pharrell Chad Hugo were one of their biggest artistic inspirations growing up, and when you listen to "Under Control" you can hear just how shaping N.E.R.D.'s influence was on the six piece band. Syd and the gang command the stage without seemingly trying, drawing the audience into their musical spell. It's enough to make you not want to do anything for the rest of the day except browse The Internet.
