Thanks to Complex/Pigeons and Planes (who are probably really good at that little block-slidey puzzle that comes as a widget on yoru MacBook), we have confirmation of our collective assumption that this is just a scrambled picture of Kim Kardashian.If you do not recall, Kim K and Ray J very famously made a sex tape together, one that West allegedly watched as he was warming himself up for sex with non-Kardashians.
