Turn It Up and Rock Out the Fuzz With Psychic Heat's "In Two"

“In Two” is a fuzzy, spooky song that, were iPod commercials still a thing that sold iPods, would definitely be featured on one of their ads.

Psychic Heat are a fuzz rock band straight out of America's heartland. The Lawrence, Kansas band came together in 2012 and take much of their inspiration from Britain’s neo-psych pop scene in the early 90s and experimental fuzz rock from the 70s.

Their new single, “In Two,” premiering below, is off their upcoming debut, Sunshower. You can preorder it here via High Dive Records.

‘"In Two' is the quickest song we wrote for the album,” claimed guitarist Tanner Spreer. “It came about the first night we played with our new drummer in a sort of stream of consciousness style. The lyrics are based around the story of a man considering splitting his soul in half after falling in love with a spirit who relentlessly visits him at night.”
