Listen to Stepdad's "Running (Does That Mean You Care?)"

A song written in one night on an adderall binge.

If you were going to mesh indie-pop and a shit load of adderall—with some chopped and screwed samples courtesy of Ryan McCarthy and lay Ultramark's vocals over them, well, then you'd get this new song from Stepdad called "Running (Does That Mean You Care?)"

We weren't really kidding about the adderall thing, Ryan spoke to us via email and said the song was written over the course of one night on an adderall binge.

"I decided I wanted to write a straight forward pop banger," he said. "Mark woke up the next day as I was crashing from the night before and wrote the lyrics. The rest of the songs on the upcoming EP were written during the time of Ordinaire but were never finished, but they are finished now! Nathan likes butts."

Same. Stream the track below from their upcoming EP, Strange Tonight.
