Introducing Malpas—a duo comprised of producer/engineer Andy Savours (he's worked with My Bloody Valentine, The Killers, Sigur Ros, The Horrors, plus many more) and songwriter Ali Forbes. As of yet they've released just a few songs, most notably "Where the River Runs," which begins as a spectral slice of folktronica but is swiftly beefed up thanks to synth pulses that build to a euphoric wall of sound. Fellow London-based duo Cloud Boat give this a tidy remix—premiering above—by getting their womp on big style. Listen to one thousand finger clicks in unison and the sinister sonic swirl.
