South London's Novelist Just Dropped a Dark and Dirty New Instrumental Called “Casper Riddim”

So far this year, Novelist’s musical output has been a steady lyrical volcano of seething political commentary, from throwing shots at David Cameron for being a wasteman in “Street Politician” to calling out young people for moaning but not voting in “Break in Your House.”

Now, the young Lewisham MC is back with “Casper Riddim [Ruff Sound Music],” a dark and dirty instrumental track that appeared on his SoundCloud last night. Written underneath the track is the caption “New Sound of South London Lewisham going worldwide,” which is probably accurate considering he’s about to tour Australia and New Zealand next week.
