Unghhh, this is such a good rework of the '99 classic which spawned about a thousand garage/grime/jungle dubs in the years that followed sampling it. This one, is a bubbly synth-laden take on the original, cut and chopped up by Seattle-based producer Sango, who speeds up the vocals and layers some percussive beats and hand claps over the top with impressive results.
Sango is the guy who released a The Weeknd remix project earlier in the year which, if you're not already familiar with him is a good starting point, especially if you like distorted R&B that you can’t grind to. For now though, just listen to this 'cos it's the most turned on I've been by someone telling me that I owe them tax ever. Seriously, if they had this playing during the tax return adverts I might actually file one.
