Premiere: The Remix to Hot Sugar's "56k," Featuring Big Baby Gandhi, Nasty Nigel and Lansky from Children of the Night, Antwon, Chippy Nonstop, Lakutis, DVS, Kitty, and Ne$$ of Weekend Money

Hot Sugar turns his "56k" remix into an indie-rap version of Wu-Tang's "Triumph."

Hot Sugar turns the remix to "56k" off his Midi Murder EP into a kinda indie-rap "Triumph," featuring more people who are doing interesting shit just left of rap's center than any place other than Midi Murder itself. Though everybody brings their best bars, the secret hero of this remix is underrated Uptown rapper/Weird Twitter staple DVS, who delivers a verse so heavy on staggering internal rhyme that he comes across as a pop culture-addled Inspectah Deck.

Check the remix below, and download Midi Murder here. The remix itself is from Made Men, due out in August on Greedhead.
