We don't know how to pronounce his new band (or their new video) correctly, but when we plug ועדת חריגים - העולם אבד מזמן into Google Translator is spits out "Exceptions Committee - Long Lost World." It took a little detective work, but I think we've cracked the case: the song is called "The World Is Long Lost," and the band is called the Exceptional People Committee, which is probably like the Special People Club from "Welcome To The Dollhouse."
