The rumors of an OVO/Makonnen (MakOVOnen, obvs) alliance have been swirling ever since Drizzy jumped on Makonnen's "Tuesday," and were confirmed when the "Tuesday" remix dropped on iTunes and the label was listed as OVO Sound/Warner, and were double-confirmed when I ran into Makonnen last night at Fool's Gold Day Off and asked him if he was signed to OVO and he said "Yes."Anyways, all of this is especially exciting if you've been rocking with Makonnen since before he blew rightthefuck up, and in honor of his newfound renown, Noisey is throwing a show with Makonnen on September 12th at Gramercy Theater.
