Ghost Is Back Cracking Skulls with "Cirice"

Papa Emeritus and his ghouls return.

If you were (inexplicably) up watching VH1 Classic late last Thursday you'd've caught the trailer for Meliora, the new album from the theatrical Swedish occult rock outfit Ghost (B.C.), stuffed into a commercial break during an otherwise routine airing of Caddyshack. The ad also teases a new singer, Papa Emeritus III, whom Ghost swears is a different guy despite Papas I and II appearing to be the same person, and new masks for his backing band of Nameless Ghouls.

Just a few days later we get our first taste of Meliora with "Cirice," a six-minute return to the heavier sound some fans were bewildered to find the band deserting on 2013's Infestissumam.
