Free Downloads! Femme's Covers of Madonna, The Shangri-Las, Anita Ward, and Seal

Britpop doll covers songs over four decades.

Almost every music fan knows the feeling of being head-over-heels nostalgic for yesteryear. Who doesn’t wish they got muddy at Woodstock (1969, duh), or witnessed Freddy Mercury belt it out? We’ve been fans of Britpop darling FEMME for a while, but now we’re officially adding her to the throwback fanclub. Recently she just came out with a roundup of covers that take us through the decades spanning the 60s to the 90s. It's an all-star blast from the past including The Shangri-Las, Anita Ward, Madonna, and Seal, and we've got all fours songs to download, exclusively for free.

We highly recommend taking a break from these flashbacks to look to the future, because FEMME is about to get busy: she'll be heading out on tour with Charli XCX and Elliphant this fall. She's also prepping her new single “High” and early next year she'll drop her debut album. If her past material proves anything, it’s that more of FEMME is a good thing.
