Cops are still assholes and punk is boring as ever. Enter Providence, RI'sDowntown Boys,who are less a punk band and more of a bilingual political sax punk party. Their new video for "Slumlord Sal" takes a new approach to dealing with cops: Fight them with glittery rainbow power, turn them into the Village People, and party with them.
