Old school heads might know the name Todd Congelliere from his short stint as a pro skateboarder, but the Recess Records label honcho has also done time in several key pop-inflected punk bands including his solo project, the great F.Y.P., Toys that Kill, and of course Underground Railroad to Candyland. The latter is readying their new LP The People Are Home for release on May 26, pulling one of the tracks, “Yer Not the Only One,” for a a video treatment.
