Danny Brown Teams Up with Clams Casino for Adult Swim Single "Worth It"

The pairing is so natural it's hard to believe it's the first they've officially released.

The Adult Swim singles series continues to bless. This morning they released "Worth It," a new track from Detroit wildman Danny Brown produced by Basedworld emissary Clams Casino. In it, Danny warns that rap stardom is more challenging than it looks on the outside and asks if spending days and nights holed up in the studio honing craft is worth the fleeting success it brings rappers lucky enough to get noticed. Clams Casino's beat strikes a peculiar balance between hip-hop and 2-step rhythms, eschewing his trademark wall of sound for something more claustrophobic. The pairing is so natural it's hard to believe this is the first time Danny and Clams have crossed paths on a record. One hopes it's far from the last. Stream "Worth It" below.
