It's only four songs but each one is as memorable as the next.

Brampton native Brad Bonds is showing us why he deserves a spot on R&B's big boy table. Engineered by Sunny Diamonds who was worked with the likes of Jahkoy and Roy Wood$, his self-titled EP is an eclectic mix of R&B head bobbers. From the slow, stripped down acoustics of "500 Miles" to the confusingly smooth, trap-influenced "Jumping Out the Gym", Bonds easily flexes his musical diversity in the span of just four songs. Never sticking to one sound for too long, the EP is constantly warping and keeping listeners on their toes.

"The creation process was really a lot of trial and error because I wanted to create something that was true to myself but I didn't want to be so experimental that a casual listener wouldn't enjoy it," explains Brad Bonds. "The inspiration behind the project was just wanting to show the world what I have to offer as an artist. For example, a song like '500 Miles' is special to me because I've always wanted to create a song that was mainly acoustic—I'm inspired by The Beatles, Elvis, and Ed Sheeran and anything that gets me close to that kind of sound is an accomplishment to me."
