It's been a minute since we've had new jams from Boosie Badazz, and with this new track is the perfect welcome back for Mr. Boosie. "Black Heaven" is incredibly poignant and of the time, featuring Boosie rapping about different fallen black men and women of recent times. From Trayvon to Mac Dre, it's a melancholic and hopeful tribute to the fallen; the song is relaxed and the work of both Coles on the track do a lot for its texture. It's all about people above smiling down on all of us, wanting people to continue the fight.
