Here's Wet's Slick, Dubby Remix of Kan Wakan's "Like I Need You"

Plus a video that's combines a noir storyline with modern dance.

Athough Brooklyn-based trio Wet are still underground working on their debut album, they've taken the time to remix their buddies Kan Wakan's track, "Like I Need You"—turning it from a big, brassy, string-smothered soul tune to a spacious, dub-pop, trip-hop smash. Very Massive Attack, with singer guest Kristianne Bautista coming in somewhere between Adele and Portishead's Beth Gibbons. The LA duo—made up of Crooked Waters and Peter PotyondyIt—are set to release a remix compilation of their debut album, Moving On, and this cut will most certainly be included.

To accompany the song are visuals courtesy of director Michael Lei, which manages to combine a claustrophobic, surveillance-centric noir storyline with elegant, spot-lit modern dance. Watch, listen, love.
